Hello,
Is this Cloudbox HDD connected to the AX6000 wireless network? If yes, you may try to enable the AP Isolation feature on the Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters page, which will restrict all wireless devices connected to the network from interacting with each other, but still able to access the internet.
May it help.

Hello,
Do you mean Parental Control is not working properly on the AX6000? Please refer to the below guide to reconfigure it and confirm again:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2545/
If this doesn't help either, please confirm how do you test whether it is not working, thanks.

Hello,
Thanks you for tour assistance. I am not having a problem with parental control but with blocking access of my LAN devices to the network. here is a screenshot which explains my concern. Cloudbox HDD is stuck via tether app, but I still manage to connect to this HDD. I hope that it's clearer. thank you

Hi, sorry for the previous misunderstanding.
The settings you attached on the Tether app only blocks that Cloudbox HDD to access the internet, but it won't block the local access, which means it is still accessible in the local network.
Good days.
