Hello, i have been using my modem for 3 months and it has a disconnection problem.It always disconnects at 12-4-8 am/pm and randomly lagging.When it disconnects, modem lights doesnt turn off. Sometimes internet disconnects while im in a xbox group chat and still can talk with no problem,except xbox becomes offline.That disconnection happens like 2-4 minutes generally.I have ping default gateway fail on diagnostic tool too but that doesnt affect i think.My internet speed is 32/3 mbps download and upload if its important.

So in conclusion i have that disconnection problem and can someone help me about that pls ? btw sorry about my bad english

Hey, thanks for replying :). I actually managed to solve that problem.What i did was changing channel to 13, channel breadth 40mhz and in dhcp settings changing starting ip adress to 192.168.1.1, finish ip adress to 192.168.1.50 and tenancy 2880 minute.With that settings there is no longer disconnect or lag problems.

 

For the questions;

1-Yeah,i had that problem since i bought

2-Every devices in home such as console,smartphone and tv had disconnected in the times that i wrote

3-It always came back after a 3-4 minute

Did you have this issue since you bought this modem?

When you noticed that the Xbox was offline, how about other mobile devices, like your smart phone? Did they also dropped the connection?

By the way, once the connection dropped, what did you do to recover the internet connection, reboot the modem or it could come back automatically?
