TP Link has the worst product support.

 

Customer service out of China and Philippines is incompetent and outright RUDE. 

Their product documentation and software feature execution is counter intutive and just plain silly.

Their QoS and Parental Controls functions just DO NOT work.

 

The firmware upgrades are designed to expedite obselence not to really fix any problems.

 

Never Again.

Hello, apologies for any inconvenience or trouble caused by the router or support service, but sorry to say that without knowing what’s going on it would be hard to propose a fix...

 

So what is the exact issue you are encountering with the TP-Link router, is the model Archer C9? How did you test the QoS and Parental Controls? We will check and investigate what is the issue and try to fix it.
