Hello together,

I bought Powerline Adapter Set  AV1300 AC1350 TL-WPA8630P 

I´m connected the WPA8010P with my router (Digitalisierungsbox Premium) via LAN cable. I plug the WPA8630P in a socket nearby and press pair.
Both icons for being paired (the house icon) glow constantly.
Then I take the WPA8630P to the 3rd floor and plug it in. No connection. 
What am I doing wrong?

Hello, Good day.

Thank you for your patience.

After you moved it upstairs, are the power-line lights still on?

Is the whole house under the same electric meter, or is there any fuse box, surge protector in between?

Moreover, if you put the both adapters temporarily upstairs, would the power-line lights lit up?
