Cannot get above 65mps from tl-wn722n 150mps high gain adaptor

I am being supplied with 120mps broadband and bought the 150mps adapter to compliment. Have an excelent connection (5 bars) from pc to hub, am using vista 64bit and have up to date drivers from tp-link website.
Problem is, I'm only getting 65mps from pc to hub, How do i get my adapter to do what it says on the box ?
