My previous to link router that was given by TPG internet provider works e.g it has a green internet connection. However when I connect my new router the internet connection on the router is orange. Tried unplugging and replugging several times _ is router faulty as original router no issue.

If the internet is not working on the newly installed AX3000, please refer to the below instructions to confirm the basic settings first:
