i cant enter to the web utility

hi mi problem was, when i try to enter to the web cofiguration with the ip 192.168.1.1 following the web guide
i cant enter dont show anithyng i tried getting mi ip with ipconfig /all and shows me other ip 192.168.1.6 i try with that and nothing
i have reinstalled mi drivers to the default and nothing i rly need to enter the config tool
i have TL.WN722N with an atached TL-ANT2408C thanks for all
