Archer XR500v Firmware Update
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for Archer XR500v support page, so I can find and download it's latest firmware update.
I didn't found it in any Tp-link website(any country).
If anyone have this information, please share it here. Thank you in advance.

Do you have the latest firmware please email me on chetansaxenanb@gmail.com. cause i have bugs in my firmware like in quick setup gpon gets registered with isp but no internet light . When you put vlan id in quick setup with isp id and password and click next it comes to wifi where you can cjange ssid and password for wifi then next it tests internet connection there it says oops no internet please check settings and askes to re configure when hit next and finish no net no internet light. I have to go to basic tab and select internet and have to select untag - n/a - PPPoE and hit save then after a minute light for internet seen.
Firmware version 0.8.0.1.1 v5009.0 build 200728 rel 23873n. Please help

I just bought this router, already changed the firmware, but after i put thr gpon sn and pw, on next phase he just keep searching for the vlan and never find it or give me erro.
I try to put the vlan manual, but the same happen, continuos search without any results.

i have a issue with xr 500v . just got it replaced it it 14 days old now it disconnects once a day in between 3 to 4 pm could it be router or my isp as isp says all is ok from there end and tplink says it is isp and not there router. PLEASE HELP AS CONFUSED AS RESET MY ROUTER 3 TO 4 TIMES.

@Srinivas9326 hi bro issue here i need to know this my router drops internet connection and internet light is blank not glowing. this happens in afternoon bet ween 2 to 4 pm then i have to reboot router and it works fine. daily this happens.
usage patterns
10:00 am to 01:00am and then switched off.
please help me as isp says it is tplink issue and tplink says it could be isp . WHAT TO DO CANT UNDERSTAND ?
ANY HELP WILL BE GREAT ... PLEASE REVERT

hi guy from tp link called and took remote and changed
primary dns to 8.8.8.8.
and
secondary dns to 8.8.4.4.
and in wify he put 2.4 ghz on channel 11 and channel width 40Mhz and 5g on channel 11 and channel width 80Mhz
at this moment issue is resolved ..
but with previous router xr500v this was not there the previous was connected for 1 month and 15 days .
cant understand this
