Region : Canada

Model : TL-PA511KIT

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : AR-7400-MAC-5-0-5010-02-655-20101105-FINAL-B

ISP : Not Required

I have downloaded the firmware for the 511KIT and am not clear if it's actually a newer version or not.

The zip file is named V1_120625 but how do I tell if that's newer than the firmware already on the device??

I can see the series of numbers 1002655 but does that mean anything? there's no clear cut way to differentiate the two.

The numbers for the firmware on their website tell the date it was released I guess. 120625 means Jun. 25th, 2012, for your own firmware version, it is shown under the About tab on the utility program, you can check it what is yours:)
