I have the same issue with firmware 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel.55037(4555). The device seems to ignore the 5Ghz channel selection and falls back to channel 36. It did honor the setting for a while after multiple tries, but again started to fall back to 36 and doesn't switch to other channels no matter what.

The 5Ghz network is set as ax-mixed mode on 40Mhz bandwidth and channel should be 116.

@Kevin_Z
Hi same issue here.
Archer AX50(EU) hardware version 1.0
Firmware 1.0.9 build 20200708 rel.55037

Even though I set my channel to a DFS channel
AX50 (EU) reverting to channel 48 which its the busiest channel in my area.
36; 40; 44 are also having between 4 and 6 access points constantly, so my only option is to stay away from those to get a good connection.

any updates on how to solve this issue?

O meu AX50 EU está apresentando o mesmo comportamento, então qualquer canal que eu definiria para 5 GHz, o roteador volta para 149, embora a página de configurações esteja mostrando o valor correto. Versão do firmware 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel.55037 (4555) / Versão do hardware: Archer AX50 v1.0. Tendo usar o 128 ele volta para 149 toda hora o suporte não consegiu resolver ate agora

Qualquer informação / atualização sobre como resolver este problema seria muito apreciada.

Obrigado!

My AX50 EU is exhibiting the same behavior, so whatever channel I would set to 5 GHz, the router goes back to 149, although the settings page is showing the correct value. Firmware version 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel.55037 (4555) / Hardware version: Archer AX50 v1.0. Having used 128 it goes back to 149 all the time support has not been able to resolve so far

Any information / update on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

@Kevin_Z Hi. Same issue here. I selected channel 36 with 160MHz. After some time it will jump to channel 149 which i assume is 80MHz. Any solution?

@Kevin_Z hi same issue here. AX3000 (US), setting 5GHz to 160MHz and channel 44, but it keeps switching to channel 149 on its own. Please advise.
