Model: TL-WPA7510 KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: ?

I've just added this 7510 kit as I needed another WiFi extender point.

Existing system was AV1000 ethernet units * 2 plus two older AV600 WiFi extenders.

When I turn any of the old kit power on the red light kicks in on the new 7510 gear (both adaptor and extender) and I end up with not network at all.

Any ideas how to get them all talking to each other or am I stuck with buying more 7510 extenders?

@NeilT

Hi, for your issue, I would like to confirm the below information first.

May I know if the TL-WPA7510KIT can work well without plugging the older AV600 extenders?

May I know which unit is used as main adapter connected to the router?

Have you tried to pair the TL-WPA7510KIT and AV600 extenders together? How about the lights' status on each unit?

You can try to reset the AV600 device and use TL-PA7010 as the main adapter connected to the main router by cable.

Then follow the instruction to pair each extender unit one by one with the main adapter

How to reset the AV600 extender: Please check if you can find the reset button on each extender and hold it for about 8 seconds until all LEDs will turn off and start on again.

How to pair the extender and main adapter: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1089/

BTW, please check the correct model number and hardware version of AV600. It should be TL-WPA.

Wish it can help you!

Good day!
