Hello,

I'm in the UK.

I have recently got 200Mbps gigafast broadband via vodafone in the UK.

Speedtest.net shows 200Mbps as expected on ground floor. 1st and 2nd floor it drops to 5Mbps.

So I want to buy passthrough powerline adaptors with WiFi.

I'm looking at models TL-PA8010P or TL-7010P but neither have WiFi extender included.

Model TL-WPA8630 offers WiFi but I don't know if it's compatible with the kit.

Please can someone advise me which kit to buy? (Exact model number can be helpful).

I think I need at least 4 units - one connected near router, and then one for each room upstairs so we can plug in a TV directly and then have strong enough WiFi for the laptops and phones.

I would be so grateful for your advice.

Thank you

@Maxmillionmike

Hello,

All the powerline products are compatible with each other.

The 7 serials product (like TL-PA7010) and 8 serial products ( like TL-WPA8630) can work better with each other.

If you want to buy these products, it is OK.

Here is an instruction you can refer to know more about how to choose the powerline product:

Here is an instruction you can refer to pair them:

May it help and have a nice day!
