For your case, please try the following suggestions:

If the Powerline(House) Led is off, please put powerline units into Wall sockets in the same room, factory reset and pair them again as instructions below: 

Reset Wired unit: when it is powered on, press the reset Pair button for 10-15 secs until most LEDs flash once

Reset WiFI unit: when it is powered on, use a pin to push the reset hole on the bottom for 10-15 secs until most LEDs flash once

Note: press pair button only for 1 sec on powerline units and power LEDs will flash both units, if not flash, press again for 1 sec on that unit.                                                                                                       

If still the same problem, please let us know the troubleshooting steps you have tried in detail and let us know the LEDs on all the powerline units. Please and send us the photos of LEDs if possible.

BTW, if you need any further help, please find the model number at the bottom label of the product, which may begin with TL-xx, RE.xx, or Archer xx. Please also find the hardware version of the product, which begins with Ver.xx.
