Model: TL-WR841N
Hardware Version: V14
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0348.0

Hello,

Well my router stops the internet connection after sometime. It restores after rebooting or turning the power of fand on.

Now I never upgraded the firmware. when I go to the website my country doesn't support the version 14.

If I change to US it has version 14 but it says it will sue the warrenty of my product.

Can I upgrage the firmware and keep my product warrenty?

@Shuvo0

Hi, May I know your WR841N's region version? Is it EU or US or other custom versions?

we don't suggest customers upgrade the device firmware across regions and it will be against the warranty, you may kindly wait for the new firmware for your device on the local TP-Link official website of the purchase location for your TP-Link device. A wrong firmware upgrade may damage your router or cause the router to not function properly.

If your A6 is a US version, you may try to update the latest firmware on the US website, please check and ensure you've unzipped the downloaded file from the official website before upload it into the router:
