Hello everyone,

 

I am a TP link user from past one year. I have got a problem that when i am connected to my wifi i am not able to get any notifications, can't able to do facetime, imessage, do calls through wifi. This didn't happen to me anytime before. This is the first time happened to me. I tried resetting my router to factory defaults but it didnt work. Is it with the problem or the ISP or my router. Please some one help me ASAP.

Is your iPhone connected to the 2.4G or 5G? How about internet access on your phone? Please ensure you have enabled the Notifications of the facetime and imessage.

 

Try with a different phone and check if it has the same issue if possible.
