Cannot connect HiSense airco to Deco 9

Hello,
May I have the model number of your HiSense airco, is it working with the 2.4G or 5G wireless?
Is there any error message when you tried to connect it to the Deco wireless network? How about the setup error on the HiSmart mobile app, which step did you get stuck with? Please share with us the screenshots.
Please also try to disable the 5G on the Deco app first and only leave the 2.4G on, then try to add the HiSense airco again to check if this will make any difference.

@Hellos The airco is for 2.4 GHz. That is why I switched of the 5 GHz network in the Deco app. I also switched of the anti virus option in the Deco app during the connection process. Still not able to connect the Airco. Very annoying as it has to work.
