Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20191115 Rel. 13978(5553)

This router has a problem connecting with iPhones that aren't close to the router.

It connects only sometimes and disconnects out of nothing.

When I go to the settings on my iPhone and try to connect to the router(2.4G or 5G) it says than the password is incorrect and pop up the screen to put the password again. Other times it appears that "Could not connect to the (network name)" or "Unable to join the network (name)" and sometimes that "try to move closer", but I am close to the router.

This problem is so annoying and is only with iPhones y have try windows laptops and android devices and they work fine.

Please make something to fix this!!

@Ernest1199

Hello,

May I know the model of your iPhone and its OS version?

Have you ever tried to connect to other wireless networks to test if there is the same issue?

You may try to log into the web UI of the AX10 and try to change the wireless channel to 1/6/11 and change the security type to WPA2-PSK, AES to give it a go.

Thanks.
