My headline tells it all. I can not complete the configuration of the AC1200 so that I can get rid of a Sky router. When I enter my (correct) Sky credentials to finish the set-up I get an error code of "Conflicts with current VPI/VCI value." Any ideas welcome, please.

@Okeham

Hello,

Thank you very much for your patience.

Do you still have the same issue?

And is your model number Archer VR400?

Please refer to the following suggestions:

1.Go to the advanced>network>internet, delete all the internet connection profiles, then add a new one with the correct Sky credentials;

--if still coming with the same error, please do a factory reset by holding the reset pinhole/button for 10s, and start the set up again.

Thank you very much!
