Region : Ireland

Model : TL-PA211KIT

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version :

ISP :

Can anyone verify for me that the TA211 units should be compatible with previous HomePlug Turbo and HomePlug 1.0 standards?

I just installed a TL-PA211Kit (2 units)
I get an internet connection through them, but the Utility is giving me some problems.

1. It claims that the password for one of the units is INVALID (it is typed correctly!)
2. It allowed me to upgrade the firmware on each unit (only when connected directly to each individual unit)
3. It will not see the 2 x TL-PA101 units or the 2 x Netgear XE104 units on the network (they can see each other!)

Anyone got any ideas?

I found the answer to my question....

Is HomePlug AV compatible with HomePlug 1.0?
Devices that support only HomePlug AV or only HomePlug 1.0 devices cannot communicate with each other, but all HomePlug AV and HomePlug 1.0 devices can exist together on the same power line.

Bummer!!!
