Unable to upgrade firmware Archer D9
I am attempting to upgrade the firmware on my Archer D9. I have downloaded the .zip file from the Support page, and have extracted it. However, when it comes to the upgrade, it fails after uploading the .bin file to the router.
The error is simply:
Error code: 1
Internal Error!

Hi, please try to download the latest firmware from our official website. https://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/Archer_D9_v1_150826.zip
Then, please connect your PC and the router Archer D9 by cable, log into the ADSL Modem Router by typing http://192.168.1.1 /tplinkmodem.net in the address bar of the web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox). The User Name and Password are both admin unless you have changed it.
Please go to Advanced-System Tools-Firmware Upgrade, click the Choose File button and choose the firmware you already extracted in the folder, then press Upgrade.
If you still can't upgrade it successfully, please send us the screenshot of the error to check.
Look forward to your reply.

Sorry, I'd completely forgotten about this until now :/
Tried the update many times now, but it won't work...it always fails with an error of:
I have tried updating from my current settings, and I have tried updating after having reset to factory settings. Always the same error. It seems that it uploads the .bin file to the router without any issues, but when applying the update it fails with this error, usually after about 15%-20% of the progress bar.
