Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Hi, I am seeking guidance on what could possibly be causing the connectivity issues we have been having for the past 4 days. I spent 3 hours on the chat with TP-Link support 2 days ago, remote accessing the router, updating firmware, going through all settings, but everything looks ok. Yet for the past 4 days, every day:

- At some point LAN connections stop working, except when I connect a laptop to the router with Ethernet cable. LAN connections to the PS4, TP-Link RE305, and TP-Link Wireless N-Router Access Points (x2) all fail

- Wifi fails to laptops and some iPhones, but other iPhones and Samsung still connect

It will stay like this for an irregular amount of time. First day about 2 hours, then about 4 hours, yday 10 mins, and today about 30mins.

Connection tests by the ISP are all positive, and as said, when logging onto the AX6000 dashboard everything looks fine. We dont have any special settings, parental timers, black lists or any such thing. It seems completely random, and I am at a loss as to what may be causing this or how to resolve it.

Any ideas where I should start looking?

thank you

Siebe

Just to add, yesterday I put my old AC1750 back and the exact same issues happened, so doesnt seem to be the router. I am truly lost with this.
