hi there! 

Could you please help with a firmware update, some patch  or special settings as I have also issues with my archer c1200 router.

It keeps disconnecting and kina rebooting during conference calls with video and / or high volume data transfer.

 

Here are the details on the back:

Model Archer C1200(EU) ver 2.1

S/N: 2198005005036

 

However. from the portal I see these:

Firmware version: 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)

Hardware version: Archer C1200 v2.0

Online Upgrade

Hello, do you mean you want to update your C1200(EU) version to a US firmware? If so, sorry that it is not permitted.

 

We don't suggest customers upgrade the device firmware across regions and it will be against the warranty, you may kindly wait for the new firmware for your device on the local TP-Link official website of the purchase location for your TP-Link device. A wrong firmware upgrade may damage your router or cause the router to not function properly.
