Where are you from, kidloco? Here in Italy, I have firmware 1.2.13 50852 while the official local tp-link site states the last available version should be 1.2.11 55727. And no new firmware... So, really confusing.

@Massimo_Italy Hi, im in Portugal. The 1.4 firmware that I loaded to the M9 is a beta one (not a final product) that I found in this forum in another topic. 
 

But today it was released the final version: 

 

The new firmware(Deco M9 Plus_V2_200324) of the Deco M9 Plus V2 has released. You can refer to the link below to download the firmware and upgrade instruction. Then unzip the file and follow the instruction to update the firmware of the Deco M9 Plus V2 manually.

Thanks a lot @kidloco. The Italian web site does not report the new firmware yet. As I said, this is something confusing as they say "each Country has to download from its local website". By chance, is there any evidence if it is a European compliant version? Did you check the Wifi resulting Country code? Many thanks again

@Massimo_Italy the firmware is called "M9Plus_2.0_en_1.4.0 Build 20200324 Rel. 53529_US_JP_EU_up" so since it has the EU (europe) code in the name i did the upgrade.

 

How do i check the wi-fi country code?

Using a Mac, running Wireless Diagnostic and checking the report, I can see the Country code. It is surprisingly DE for me, while I was expecting IT but, as I said in my 1st post here, I have a different version compared the one shown on tp.link.com/it. Anyway, if you applied the new firmware and everything looks fine, it should be okay for me as well. I'll wait for some days looking at the Italian official web site, then I go with this new one.
