I bought my new router C6 last week, and since it is up & running it keep rebooting randomly.
I dont know why & can't find any soultion, some times it reboot every 5 min. some times more
Please advise as this is making the life worse
Hello, thanks for reporting the auto-reboot issue.
Please attempt the below to observe the outcome:
1. Check and ensure the router is powered via the original power adapter.
2. Check if the router is a little hot, put the router in a well-ventilated location or mount it vertically on a stand that permits the free flow of air, and use a fan to cool the router, a regular fan or USB fan is fine.
3. Try to reset it to the factory and reconfigure it.
