hi.i had another tp link from 4 years ago till last week and it worked fine but finally it had 3 leds always on problem.and i threw it away.so i bought the TD-W8961N model last week.it worked fine at first.but after a few hours  it took constant disconnections that lasts for ten mins then connects again for like 5 min then disconnect again.and this process continues for like half an hour.then it works fine for another four or five hours.and then happens again.i checked with my isp.they said there is no problem with lines or them.and my cables are working fine too.i cheked system log and i saw these.plz help me.i used vpn a couple of times so some of these maybe bcz of that.but the disconnections happen if i don't use vpn for all day.

Hi, for your issue, please help confirm the below information:

May I know which line is connected to the modem? It is telephone line or Ethernet cable?

 

When the issue happens, please connect the modem and your PC by cable to check if the issue happens both on wired and wireless connection.

Can you check if there is the latest firmware version from our official website? https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/td-w8961n/v3/#Firmware

If so, please follow the instruction to upgrade the firmware version to check if the issue still happens.
