The back of my router shows the details as Archer C20(INWISP) Ver 5.0 however while logging to 192.168.0.1, it shows hardware Version as Archer C20 V4. Can you please let me know how to verify the correct version and if there is any firmware update I can do for India? Thank you!

Archer C20(INWISP) Ver 5.0 seems a customized version for the Indian local market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by the local ISPs.
Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we don't suggest you upgrade the firmware for C20 V4. You may contact your ISP or the local support team to confirm.
