I just bought the device and the router is connected to the TL WA850RE but the router is not connected to the internet please help. Here some pictures

What is the brand and model of your host wireless router? If you connect your computer or phone to your router's wireless network, do you have internet access? If not, please contact your router support for the troubleshooting.

 

But if the router is working fine, it's just the range extender cannot connect to the router, please try to reset the range extender and follow the below instructions to set it up again:

Please also confirm with your router support and ensure there is no special setting which may block the extender to connect.

Yes, my router works very good. When i use my regular wifi sígnal works Great and i have internet access. The problem is with the wifi EXT.  I Will confirm with my internet provider if there is a block with the extender.

By the way, I already reset my extender 4 times in order to configure in differents ways and nothing happen.

I just talked with my internet support and told me there is no any kind of block with the router or the internet sign for this kind of device. Please can you help me?

Hi,

1.Have you tried using "Obtain an IP address automatically" in ''LAN Settings"?

2.Can you login in your router's management page(generally router's IP) by connecting to the RangeExtender? If not, can you ping the router by connecting the RangeExtender with your computer?
