To Tp-link Admins - When we will receive a new firmware for Archer C6
I'm asking this question about the fu**ing router you're selling, and more specifically Archer c6. As you can see in the forum, every second topic is a problem with the router in question, and so far there is no answer from you that the issue is being worked on. So I'm interested in whether you will be able to fix the mess you mixed with the new firmware versions and when will this happen?

Thank you @Solla-topee for the beta firmware. This one seems to solve the issues. Congratulations to your team!

@Keytex What I have written has not changed. I been using the 1.3.6 beta firmware (posted here) for some time and I have no issues what so ever.

Hi all,
just a few questions.
When i install the 1.3.6 beta, downgrade via webui is not possible ?
When a new stable update comes out and the beta is on the router, is updating to the new firmware possible over the webui ?
Best regards.

I`ve tested the 1.3.6 beta now for 24 hours and the devices on the 2.4GHZ band lost their connection 2 times. SSID was still broadcasting but no connection possible.
I`m now back on 1.3.0, which works best for me at the moment using OneMesh with RE300.
Only one bug there, when I boot the router, it starts with fixed channel (5 for me) on 2.4GHZ but stable.
On Firmware 1.3.4 I had never lost the 2.4GHZ, the devices have lost their connection, but were able to reconnect.
The BETA 1.3.6 is the worst choose at the moment for me.
Going back to 1.3.0 is easy, just flash with webui.
Best Regards

This is the latest stable version from 2020-04-22 , you can download it from the support site (C6 EU V2 version).
But if you update from a version below 1.3.0 you can not go back.
Update it only if you have massive problems.
I`m pretty sure, 1.3.0 has a lot of bugs too.
Best Regards.
