Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel 55727

Dear,

I try to connect a Lacie Cloudbox to the Deco M9 via one of the two ethernet connectors.

However nothing happens. The M9 deco is not adding an additional device in the app.

What do I need to do to get this working.
