Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20200221 rel.65392

My M5 is connect direct to unifi modem, then second unit of M5 is located at first floor connected with main unit at ground floor.

both deco unit LED indicator is green and it is connected to the internet.

 

i found this issue where for those active device that continue connected to M5 through wireless, no issue, but when a new device or the device reconnect back to M5, it will show limited connectivity, no internet being connected through wired or wireless.

 

everytime need to restart the unifi modem again then it can only be connect. anyone having any idea and how to reslove this issue?
