deco app issues
hi all;
lately the mobile app (android 10 latest on pixel device) reports no connectovity to deco even though deco works fine and wifi is great.
any ideas whats going on? is this a known bug? thanks
BTW, retry does not help... however, if I close the app and open it again all is ok...

Have you tried to reset the Deco network and reconfigure it? If not, you can have a try.

@gkatz yap, the same situation. App shows desconnection one or two Decos from the network or shows that device is disconnected from the network. Nevertheless actually network is working properly (i have network watchdog and i can see any disconnection of any device) and device has internet access. Only app shows the problem. If re-open app, everything is ok, but after some seconds situation can repeat.
