Hi, my connection is like this modem => Archer AX 3000 => PC (connected with Cat 6 lan cable)

I noticed that I cannot upload files to Gmail, Hotmail or Web Whatsapp when I use cable connection as illustrated above. While I can upload the file when I use wifi connection or directly connect my PC with the modem using the same Cat 6 lan cable (and i am unable to upload the screen cap picture here perhaps due to the same reason). So i doubt there are some issues when I use cable connection with the Archer AX 3000 router. May I know how to fix this? Is this due to some settings that limit my upload when using wired connection?
