Hi please, this has become frustrating for my client. I visit every other day to reconfigure the deco m9 plus. When ethernet is plugged to the other port of the main Deco, the device resets and also the other two reset even without any ethernet connection.

Why exactly do they all reset that often?

May be needful to say I don't reside with the users, I only configure with my smart phone and leave the users to use the Internet.

@Owolabi I would LOVE to have a REAL answer to this question. I posted it a month ago or so and it has never shown up. I guess I was too upset and they chose to filter out my question . Fact is the main unit resets multiple times per day - it a known issue that TP-link has not addresssed. I guess we are just out $250 !!!!
