4G router TP-Link MR200 packett loss

My Archer Mr200 causes packetloss (in Quakeworld pc game 20-30% constantly). I tried my sim card with another router and no problems. Router was used in same place
Connection between isp and my router is very good and download speed is about 45Mb/sec.

I have hardware reset the router and also tried to downgrade my firmware. Is there something I am missing?
