Hi!

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

Yesterday I changed my internet provider yesterday. I got a new router (Archer C6). So I decided to reset the Deco M4 settings. It was a huge mistake! Main Deco works great. The second one is not. After the first connection in the application (successfull), the red light starts flashing (on child "Deco"). The Decos are on different floors. It worked great before reset. If I put them side by side, it works too.

Help! Please!

Hi,

When the child Deco M4R has a flashing red light, means it disconnect to the main Deco. Please try to move the location of the child Deco, move it closer to the main Deco, and then you can check if it will work again.
You can also swap the location of the main Deco and child Deco for a try. Here is the instruction to set up the child Deco to be a main Deco.
