What's the version of your Deco app? Is your phone an Android phone or iPhone?

@kaste Did you figure this out?  I also have the same issue - but also need to know how to change the email address on my forum account.

Hi, for Deco P9, the latest firmware does not support changing the owner account.

As for the forum account, is there any special reason that you want to change the account?
