Deco P9 with Verizon disables Ethernet

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.0.2

I have a new Deco P9, with 3 stations running in Access Point mode.

My Internet Provider is Verizon Fios.

When I plug the P9 into the Verison router, it disables any Ethernet cables that are also plugged into the Router.

Are there any special connection instructions for Verizon?

Hi Jeff,

May I know your network diagram after connecting the Deco to your network?

Whether the three Deco P9 are connected to the Verizon Fios router via ethernet cables directly?

I ve same issue , all decos are seeing each other over powerline and network switch, this causes network loop , switch or modem goes loop protection , I could not solve it yet. Lemme know if you have a solution
