tpPLC App iOS doesn't work!?

Model: TL-WPA8630P KIT

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 20171018

Hi,

I recently started using the tpPLC app for iOS.

While the app worked without problems on Android 10, no powerline adapter can be found on the iOS version or integrated manually.

Does anyone have a tip or advice?

Good day.

For your case, could you please help us check the following information:

What Is the model number of your iPhone and the current operation system?
Did you connect to the Wi-Fi of the TL-WPA8630P when you try to manager the device and can you get internet from the Wi-Fi ?
If there is any VPN service, or special firewall filtering, please turn it off for a while to have a check;
