Thanks for sharing the new firmware and the steps for the hidden menu. However, I could not manage the TX-6610 to work with the ISP Vivo!! I have no idea what is wrong! 

don't have much to do everything is controlled by OLT you need to have someone only to unlock the serial number ONU / ONT at your ISP this model supported by all OLT'S purposely do for you to use HGU totally trash some Brazilians were successful because of the OLT that is already unlocked for any ONU / ONT no matter the firmware if you want to talk more I'll send you my telegram

I tried to set the GPON Serial Number and GPON Password from the ISP's router, but the connection did not work! I am suspecting the ONT make use of additional data (maybe Mac Address?) to perform the authentication. If you have any other tips let me know. Thanks!

at ISP vivo can be MAC.

you did procedures to convert the first four digits ASCII to hex?

ex: ITBS2teaebc1  ITBS = intelbras

495442532teaebc1  <=16 digits

who made this discovery and made it available to everyone was @buzios from vivo forum's region 2 600

what is your hgu? you downloaded the XML file?

Yes, I tried to convert the first 4 ascii to bytes to generate the GPON SN, but it did not work!

I don't know about this XML file and the GPON User / GPON ID. Could you provido more info about it?

my question is not related to yours, but nontheless: Because you are also using TX-6610 maybe you could help me with any advice. Thanks in advance.

I am trying to open ports on my backend router connected to the TX-6610 Gateway. Unfortunetely, any ping attemp from the outside to those specific ports does not go trough. Do I need to change the VLAN Mode Setting (to "Transparent Mode") on the TX-6610 to be able to succesfully open ports on my backend router? Did you succesfully use the TX-6610 in a port forwarding situation?
