Hi

i am trying to connect my TL-WA850RE WiFi booster to connect to my home network through my EE Brightbox router. Following the instructions for the extender, I press the WPS button on my router and then the button on the front of the extender.  The RE button begins flashing and does so for about 3 or 4 minutes and then goes off, never going solid as it should if it connnects successfully with the network.  I have gone through this process several times with the same result.  I am also unable to access the extender management page from a browser.  
 

I'm concerned that the extender is faulty. Any advice on how I might get the device to work would be appreciated.
