The drop down option for the Hardware Version did not allow me to select my version, which is AC1200. My router was plugged off yesterday, and when I had plugged it back in, the router did not connect. The ethernet cable shows that the modem and the router are connected just fine, but when I look at the router itself, it shows a padlock icon, and the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz icons do not show. When I checked my computer, the wifi connection option for the router doesd not show. I have done multiple methods to fix the router, including reseting the router, unplugging and plugging the cables, and the 30-30-30 method, but all to no avail. What is there for me I can do?
