Web interface suddenly cannot be reached

Hi,
I have the beta version 1.4.0
Until today I had no problem connecting to the web interface but today it says site cannot be reached.
I'm trying on tplinkdeco.net
Does anyone else experience the same issue?

Is there a reason why the name of one of the decos is wrong (via the web), the name is customer_2 instead of its name that assigned to him?

If you select a name from the available list on the Deco app, you will see the same name on the web page. However, if you custom a name for the Deco on the Deco app, you will see a name such as custom_x on the web page.
