Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have a m9 plus as my main hub and another m9 slave which works perfectly.

I have 3 m5 slaves which since the 1.4 update disconnect at random when there is any load on the network/device.

I experienced similar issues about a year ago when the m5s updated and the m9s did not.

Is there another issue in a hybrid environment? Or do I dump the deco system and find something else?

@Iconic

In your case, please help to confirm the following information.

1. What's the firmware and hardware of the three Deco M5? What's the firmware of the two Deco M9 Plus now?

2. When the disconnect problem occurs, how about the LED status on the Deco M5? Is the LED solid green or red?

3. How about your network diagram? Which Deco is connected to which, by wired or wireless? And how about the signal strength between Deco units?

4. Is the problem happens on a specific Deco or a specific client?

Hi, All are V1 M5's (1.3.0 Build 20190821 Rel. 54023), as are the M9's (1.3.0 Build 20190821 Rel. 54023) The 2 M9 Plus have a wired connection (Hall + Living Room). One of the M5's (Office) is wired to the main M9, and the other 2 connect via Wifi (Bedroom and Kitchen) It is an issue with all devices on the M5's. When it happens, the light goes red on the M5, but the M9's work fine. I've decommissioned the M5's and thing work perfectly, except I have no wifi in the Office.
