Hi all. New here. After years of being Comcast Business equipment rental fees, finally broke away. Spent the last week setting up hard wired Ethernet to all rooms of a 1700SF home business location where we live. All Cat5e lines run to a central Leviton SMC in wall unit, terminate at 6port patch panels which are linked to TP-Link SG116E 16 port switch. Router is AX20 Archer, Modem is Arris SB8200. 
 

OUR GOAL- turn WiFi off at night or on demand via the Tether app from our smart phones, but keep all the Ethernet hard lines active. 
 

Tried accomplishing this and it appears from phone, whether phone is on LTE or WIFI, you can only turn 2.4 or 5ghz signal off, but not both, for both it says go to web Mgmt utility. Which I'm assuming means get on a desktop that's connected to Hard line and do it from there...

 

Any ideas?
