I recently purchased TP-Link TL-WPA8630KIT and it wokred fine for a couple of weeks (although it wouldnt unifiy with out network). However it has since stopped working. We can still connected to the 5g and other network but there is not internet when connected. 

 

I have tried a manual reset several times. All lights are green

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Install the PLC app or check the web management page and see if by any chance the Powerl line connectivity was lost between the adapter and extender. That happened to me with an old TL-WPA7510 kit that worked fine for years, and suddenly I started to have Powerline connectiy issues, I don't know why.

 

I actually brought over a TL-WP8630P that I had in another house due to this quarantine, but the issue was persisting. I have no idea what happened in the power installation to cause the failures.
