Archer AX6000 2.4 ghz not working again.
Yes I have latest firmware. Yes I have gone through every troubleshooting method with phone support. Yes I had to pay you to replace a faulty product with what is now my second faulty product. Honestly charging me $15 seems much like a scam. This is an issue that has been brought up several times by several people yet each time you act like it is something new. I just want to know if you guys even plan to fix this or if I should cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. I do know I will not pay $15 again to ship this paperweight back to you.

@CrazyHick I have three 2.4g wifi lightbulbs and all my main stuff is on the 5g wifi luckily. On my router everything works fine but the 2.4g wifi is dead completely. Shows its fine on web gui, but nothing will see the SSID. Even did the reset button until blue light starting going in the circular pattern and configured from scratch enough to test the 2.4g wifi and still no luck. Glad at least you can reboot, i wish i could =) A lot of forums going on about this issue.

It is suggested to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to check if you can still detect the 2.4G signal of the AX6000, if still not, try to change the 2.4G wireless settings on the AX6000 web page, such as changing the wireless channel to 1/6/11, change channel width to 20MHz, change security to WPA/WPA2-Personal, WPA2-PSK/AES, then reboot it and confirm.
BTW, what is the current router firmware? Check if you can receive an update, or you can download the latest firmware from the official website and update it manually:

@bowb4myfeet I'm working on getting my third replacement from TP-Link for 2.4ghz going out on the Archer AX6000, the last one lasted about 6 months. Big pain in the butt, makes me want to invest in new wifi router but i will hold out as long as they replace it. =/
