Hello ... on the two extenders, Re305 & Re 205, the three lights are showing blue except the 2.4GHz. I tried resetting the extenders however, it is not allowing me to reset it. The extenders are also not showing up on the TP app. In addition, I can't even connect to the 5GHz WiFi because it is saying incorrect password, though the password is entered correctly. Please helpsad ASAP! Thank you ! smiley

Hi, we can do some troubleshooting to locate this issue and try to fix it. 

 

1. Please ensure that you use the correct wireless password to configure the two extenders.

 

2. With computer connected to the RE205/RE305, please log into the web UI of the extender and show us a screenshot of the status page and the settings-network page.

Note: Please click the extender's icon and show us the full screenshot of the status/network map page.

 

3. What is the model number of the main router? 

 

4. Please ensure that the firmware of the two extenders is up to date.
