Hello, I have connected to TP-Link extender but no internet. It shows Dynamic IP(failure), so I set it Static IP according to the steps https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/198516. And now it shows "connected",but in fact, I can't access the Internet. Why? What can I do?

What is the led status of the TL-WA850RE?

Please click the extender's icon and show us a full screenshot of the network map page.

And please take a snapshot of the network page and send it to us. If you use the static IP, please ensure that the DHCP server on TL-WA850RE has been disabled.

Besides, what is the model number of the main router?
