Deco App not detected devices that are connected to Deco M4. WHy ? Help ! 

 

Also, I'm not sure where to look for the Hardwre Version or The Firmware Version. 

 

One more question, How to know your Deco M4 working as Access Point or something else ?

Hi, you can get the hardware version from the back panel of the actual device, here is the instruction. 

 

The firmware and operation mode can be found on the Deco app. Click the global icon and choose Deco, you will see its firmware version; go to more-advanced-operation mode to verify whether it works as an AP or a regular wireless router. 

 

As for the first issue, may I know if all the devices connected to the Deco cannot be detected or just some of them? Can they access internet normally? Please ensure that they obtain IP address and gateway from the Deco automatically.
