my router is archer c20 AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router V5   Firmware Version:0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181127 Rel.56357n(5553)

the 2.4 GHz works with my hotspot 2.4 ghz of mobile phone but when i connect the 5 ghz of my router with the 5  ghz of my hotspot mobile phone there is connection with internet like as photo below shows

I found that the root AP of 2.4GHz is Huawei mate 20 pro, while 5GHz is pocophone or so. Are they coming from the same device? In general, the mobile device can broadcast only one wireless network.  

 

Please ensure that the password is correct. 

 

Even though the 5GHz shows disconnected, you should be able to access internet from its 5Ghz. You can update the firmware to the latest one and give it a go.

no not the same device , i bridged the 2.4 ghz with mate 20 pro and the 5 ghz bridged with another mobile phone
